These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
The App is provided for general use of rail passengers, employees and enthusiasts and allows users to view UK train information, view other content and other user content, and optionally, submit comments, photos, and other media. Use of the App is primarily intended for users in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use the App without creating an account. In this case, your use of the App is generally anonymous, subject to the collection of anonymous and aggregated usage data as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you choose to create a nickname ("nick"), an account will be created for you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access associated with your account.
Any comments, photos, or other content you submit through the App ("User Content") may be publicly visible to other users. You understand and accept that User Content you choose to submit is shared at your own risk.
If you upload, submit, or otherwise make available any photos, images, videos, audio, or other media content ("User Media") through the App, you agree that such User Media is provided as a voluntary contribution to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby irrevocably assign to us all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the User Media, including all copyrights and related rights, for the full duration of those rights.
Where such assignment is not legally effective in any jurisdiction, you instead grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the User Media for any purpose.
You waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any moral rights or similar rights you may have in the User Media, including the right to be identified as the author.

We offer Monthly and 6 Monthly subscription plans that remove the adverts and provide access to additional information, such as headcodes, extended train history. These features may change over time. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.
All payments for subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices).
Payment Method: Payments will be charged to the credit/debit card or payment method linked to your App Store or Google Play account.
Billing Timing: Payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase.
To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., every month or every 6 months) unless you cancel it.
The renewal charge will be the same as the initial purchase price unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
Renewal payments are typically processed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings.
iOS Users: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
Android Users: Open the Google Play Store app > Menu > Subscriptions.
Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the current period ends.
Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Because payments are handled by third-party app stores, we do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
Apple: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support.
Google: Refund requests should be made via the Google Play Help Center.
Please note that uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If you have created an account using a nick, you may request deletion of your account at any time.

The App may display advertisements provided by us or by third-party advertising partners.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertising technologies may be used to deliver, measure, and personalise adverts, including adverts shown on other websites and applications.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services advertised. Any interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
Our adverts are delivered by Google AdMob. You will be asked what information you wish to share and in most countries you are able to change your consent later. Depending on your settings, the adverts maybe personalised to you, via the use of cookies stored on your device. Adverts may also be delivered from third party vendors or other ad networks. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to your website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users, based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
All intellectual property rights in the App, excluding non transfered User Content, belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App uses map data provided by OpenStreetMap. All map data is created by OpenStreetMap contributors, who retain copyright over their contributions. You acknowledge that OpenStreetMap and its contributors own the underlying map data, and we display it under the Open Database License (ODbL) as required.
Rail data feeds are provided by Network Rail and National Rail Enquiries, and this information is licensed under the terms of the Open Government Licence
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
